Flagler Capital raises private capital from accredited investors anywhere in the United States (and from qualified non-U.S. investors where the law allows) and deploys it into auto-secured loans and leases across the U.S. The headquarters is Miami. The book is not limited to Miami, and it is not limited to Turo.

How this is like a fund
In plain language: capital comes in from investors; Flagler originates auto-secured private credit; interest and principal come back through the book. That is the same shape as a small private-credit fund. It is not a registered mutual fund, not a bank, not FDIC-insured, and not listed on an exchange.
Investors are not buying one car in South Beach. They are talking about providing capital to a book that can lend (and, separately, lease) against vehicles in the United States.
Where investor money can come from
- Any U.S. state — California, New York, Texas, Florida, and the rest.
- Individuals, LLCs, trusts, family offices, and self-directed IRAs.
- Qualified non-U.S. investors where a private placement is allowed (that is a facts-and-law question, not a website checkbox).
The conversation form does not require a Miami address. If you are accredited and want the call, the city field is just so we know where you sit.
Where we put the money to work
Deployment is U.S. auto and fleet private credit: business-purpose loans and leases secured by vehicles, to operators who generate cash from those cars — car-sharing, rental, and similar commercial use. We can originate in any state. The first live channel is Florida Turo hosts, because that underwriting is already built. It is a starting book, not a ceiling.
| First origination (live) | Fund mandate | |
|---|---|---|
| Investor location | Does not have to be Florida | Any U.S. state; qualified non-U.S. where permitted |
| Where loans go | Florida Turo operators today | Auto-secured private credit across the United States |
| Collateral | Titled vehicles, lien, insurance | Same idea — cars, not a software startup |
| Public coupon | None | None on this website. Terms after a conversation. |
Why Turo still shows up on the site
The borrower website was built to take Turo-host applications in Florida. That demand is real, and it is useful: a fund that cannot originate has nothing to put capital into. Turo is one origination channel. If you only wanted “a Turo-Miami deal,” that is a different product — buying cars yourself. See that path if it is what you meant. If you want to be an LP-style credit investor, you want the conversation form, not a Turo account.
