• How it works. Like a small private-credit fund: we take in capital from accredited investors, then put that capital to work as loans and leases against vehicles in the United States. You are not buying a single Miami Turo car.
• Where investors come from. Any U.S. state. Qualified investors outside the U.S. where permitted. The form does not care if you sit in Miami.
• Where we deploy. Auto-secured private credit nationwide. First originations are Florida Turo operators because that book is already live. The box is U.S. fleet and auto credit, not one city.
• Who should not apply. Anyone who wants a guaranteed return, a bank deposit, a registered mutual fund, or a way to write W-2 taxes off against car depreciation. That last one fails under IRC §469. We will not sell it.
